EMS Admissions — a global admissions platform with UK and Nigerian operations
EMS Admissions helps international students — primarily from Nigeria — gain admission into universities across the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Germany, and the Netherlands. Their existing site wasn't reflecting the scale or credibility of what's actually an established operation: years of work, thousands of placements, offices in both Benin City and Manchester.
The brief was to turn a marketing site into a commercial engine. Visitors needed to be able to understand the service, trust the track record, and book a free consultation without friction.
A full custom WordPress site structured around five functional areas: Who We Are, Services, Destinations, Consultation booking, and Contact. Each destination country has its own section with the universities EMS has placed students into — Oxford, Harvard, Toronto, Melbourne, TU Munich, NYU among them — positioning the service against the universities themselves rather than against other agents.
The homepage leads with concrete proof points and walks visitors through a five-step process from free consultation to pre-departure briefing. A dual-office presence (Benin City and Manchester) is given proper visibility in the footer, and consultation bookings flow through a dedicated page designed to convert without overwhelming the visitor.
WhatsApp and phone numbers for both UK and Nigerian offices are surfaced throughout, reflecting how the audience actually wants to reach out — many prospective students message before they email.
EMS Admissions now has a web presence that matches the scale of their actual operation and a consultation booking flow that has replaced email back-and-forth as the primary intake path. Live at emsadmissions.co.uk.
